Job Description - Client Support Manager

United Laboratories is seeking a motivated and adaptable Client Support Manager to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As the Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional support, and ensuring client satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and provide solutions - Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience - Track and report on key performance metrics related to client support activities - Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies and initiatives - Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in client support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in client support or a similar role - Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure - Motivated and adaptable with a positive attitude - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Experience working in a fast-paced environment
