Client Support Manager

Job Description:

Tanduay Distillers, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Client Support Manager to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in client support and management at a mid-to-senior level.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed promptly. 2. Act as the point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, providing exceptional customer service at all times. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client support activities and ensure deliverables are met on time. 4. Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the client support process. 5. Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention rates. 6. Train and mentor junior support staff to ensure they are equipped to handle client interactions effectively. 7. Prepare regular reports on client support performance and present findings to senior management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in client support and management, with at least 7 years in a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong organizational and time management abilities. 5. Reliable and resourceful personality traits. 6. High emotional intelligence and strong decision-making skills. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
