Client Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Investagrams, a leading financial technology company, is seeking a motivated and reliable Client Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to work from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in client support and be at a mid-to-senior level.

Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of client support specialists - Develop and implement processes to improve overall client satisfaction - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement - Train and onboard new client support team members - Act as a point of escalation for complex client issues - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management

Requirements: - 7 years of experience in client support or a related field - Strong communication and cooperation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic - Knowledge of financial markets and products is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
