Client Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Tanduay Distillers, Inc. is seeking a skilled Client Support Manager to join our team in a work-from-home capacity. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly. 2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. 3. Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure client needs are effectively met. 4. Analyze client feedback and implement improvements to enhance service delivery. 5. Monitor client accounts and proactively address any potential issues. 6. Provide product knowledge and support to clients as needed. 7. Prepare and deliver reports on client interactions and feedback.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in client support or a related field. 3. Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships. 4. Strong decision-making and negotiation skills. 5. Resourceful and resilient attitude to handle challenging situations. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
