Job Description - Client Support Manager - Work from home

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Client Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in client support or related roles, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication through various channels including phone calls, emails, and meetings - Understand the needs and requirements of each client, providing personalized support and solutions - Coordinate with internal teams to address client concerns and ensure high-quality service delivery - Manage client expectations and deliver on promises, building trust and loyalty - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to showcase our products and services - Lead negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction, taking proactive measures to address any issues that may arise - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients


Requirements: - Passionate about delivering exceptional client support and building relationships - Hardworking with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence - Excellent negotiation and presentation skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of successful client management - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
