Job Description - Client Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Lazada Philippines is currently seeking a Client Support Manager to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Makati, NCR, PH. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 5 years of experience in a client support or customer service role.


Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and deliver on client expectations - Monitor client accounts to ensure they are up-to-date and in compliance with company policies - Provide clients with product knowledge and updates to enhance their overall experience - Use persuasion and research skills to convince clients to upgrade or expand their services


Requirements: - Adaptability and drive to succeed in a remote work setting - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools - Experience working in a client support or customer service role - Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
