Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Stylist in Pocket Technologies is currently seeking a Part-time Client Support Officer to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, providing guidance and support as needed - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to clients - Continuously improve upon customer service processes and procedures to enhance overall client experience

Requirements: - Hardworking and adaptable with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to effectively manage relationships with clients and internal teams - Must be detail-oriented and organized - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask effectively - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
