Client Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Client Support Officer to join our team at ChatGenie in Manila, NCR, PH. As a part-time entry-level position, the Client Support Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be resilient and hardworking, with excellent problem-solving and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Assisting clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records - Providing feedback to the product development team based on client interactions - Collaborating with other team members to improve the overall client experience - Providing support during peak hours and ensuring excellent service delivery

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role - Resilient and hardworking personality traits - Strong problem-solving and persuasion skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
