Job Description:
Silverworks is seeking a part-time Remote Client Support Officer to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be reliable, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via email, phone, and chat. 2. Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Assist clients in navigating our products and services. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 5. Utilize negotiation and decision-making skills to address client concerns effectively. 6. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and improve client experience. 7. Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in client support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Demonstrated negotiation and decision-making skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
