Client Support Officer

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Client Support Officer to join our team at BeautyMNL in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner - Providing product recommendations and information to clients - Processing orders and returns - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Monitoring social media channels for customer feedback and inquiries - Assisting with ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Critical thinking and decision-making abilities - Reliable and driven personality - Familiarity with beauty products is a plus
