Remote Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Ayala Land is looking for a Remote Client Support Officer to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and chat communication. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless support and client satisfaction. 5. Utilize analytical skills to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. 6. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients. 2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 5. Motivated and energetic personality with a positive attitude. 6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
