Job Description - Client Support Officer

Job Description:


Solaire Resort & Casino in Davao City is currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client Support Officer to join our team. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. This is a part-time position at the associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests with a high level of professionalism - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of client issues - Proactively identify opportunities to add value to the client experience - Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, providing guidance and support as needed - Contribute to the development and implementation of client support processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance the client support function


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset - Adaptable and confident in handling challenging situations - Solid understanding of people management and conflict resolution - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
