Remote Client Support Officer

Job Description: We are looking for a Remote Client Support Officer to join our team at Hilton. As a Remote Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients from a remote location in Pasig, NCR, PH. This position is part-time with an Associate Level seniority, and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide support and address any issues or concerns they may have - Assist clients with booking reservations, making changes to existing reservations, and providing information about Hilton's services and amenities - Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service to provide top-notch support to clients - Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless experience for clients - Monitor and respond to client feedback and reviews to continuously improve our services - Provide leadership and support to junior team members to ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times

Requirements: - Energetic and hardworking personality - Excellent leadership and research skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with remote work is a plus
