Expedock, a forward-thinking tech company, is seeking a part-time Client Support Officer to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. This is a work from home position suitable for an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in client support.
As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. You will act as the main point of contact between the company and our clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Providing product information and assisting clients with troubleshooting issues - Resolving client complaints and escalating issues as needed - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other departments to ensure client needs are met - Identifying opportunities for product or service improvements based on client feedback - Contributing to ongoing training and development programs for clients - Participating in team meetings and providing input on client trends and issues
Requirements: - Confident and reliable individual with excellent communication skills - Creativity and attention to detail to provide innovative solutions to client issues - Proven track record in client support or a related field - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software - High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
