Job Description - Client Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Support Officer to join our team at Cebu Pacific Air. This is a work-from-home position located in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist clients with booking flights, processing payments, and resolving any issues or complaints they may have. 3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services to clients. 4. Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Proactively identify areas for improvement in client support processes and suggest solutions. 6. Keep abreast of company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to clients. 7. Adhere to company guidelines and standards for client support.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or client support role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proficiency in project management and planning. 4. Resilient and hardworking attitude. 5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 6. Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment is an asset. 7. Understanding of the airline industry is a plus.
