Job Description:
Humble Sustainability, a leading sustainability consulting firm, is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Client Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a work-from-home position based in Caloocan, NCR, PH.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Assist clients with any inquiries, concerns, or technical issues they may have. 3. Conduct thorough research to address client needs and provide relevant information and solutions. 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resources and resolve client issues efficiently. 6. Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotions to drive client engagement. 7. Manage client accounts and track their progress and engagement with our services.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or client support roles. 2. Resourceful and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 3. Excellent research skills to quickly gather information and find solutions for clients. 4. Strong people management skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
