Client Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

San Miguel Brewery Inc. is currently seeking a Client Support Officer to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. This is a part-time, work-from-home position ideal for individuals who are energetic, dedicated, and looking to kick-start their career in client support.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with product inquiries, account management, and issue resolution. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner. 4. Utilize project management and planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 5. Document all client interactions and update customer records accurately. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client support process and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. 2. Strong project management and planning skills. 3. Ability to work independently and remotely. 4. Energetic and dedicated team player. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. No prior experience required - training will be provided.
