Job Description - Client Support Representative

Job Description:


Taxumo is seeking a part-time Client Support Representative to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be passionate and adaptable, with strong persuasion and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Assist clients with any product-related inquiries or issues. 3. Process client orders and refunds accurately and efficiently. 4. Work closely with the sales team to upsell products and services to clients. 5. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary. 6. Maintain thorough knowledge of all products and services offered by Taxumo. 7. Act as a brand ambassador for Taxumo, fostering positive relationships with clients.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in a customer support role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software. 7. Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend shifts.
