Client Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Client Support Representative to join our team at Wilcon Depot in Makati. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals who are looking to start their career in customer service and support.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with product information, pricing, availability, and order processing. 3. Resolve client concerns and issues in a fair and effective manner. 4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely resolution of concerns. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Provide feedback to management on client needs and concerns to improve the overall client experience. 7. Assist in other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role preferred. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. 4. Strategic planning abilities to anticipate and address client needs. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
