Job Description - Client Support Representative

Job Description:


Avion School is looking for a passionate and confident Client Support Representative to join our team in Quezon City. As an Entry Level position, no years of experience are required. The Client Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner - Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure client needs are met - Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management


Requirements: - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Confident in communicating with clients in a professional manner - Demonstrated emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Strong critical thinking skills to solve problems and make decisions - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office suite
