Job Description:
Saphron is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level employee with a minimum of 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients remotely.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information - Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues with our software - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate and resolve complex issues - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services - Meet and exceed client satisfaction targets and KPIs - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate product benefits to clients - Adaptability to handle a variety of client situations and technical issues - Proficiency with CRM software and other support tools - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
