Advance is seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Support Representative to join our team and work from the comfort of their own home in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer support role and possess excellent communication skills. This position is part-time and offers benefits such as disability insurance, paid sick leave, and a gym membership.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with product inquiries, technical issues, and account management - Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to analyze data and provide insights - Comfortable working remotely and independently - Proficient in basic computer applications
