Job Description - Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to join our team at Bench in Taguig, NCR, PH. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role is part-time and at an Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and technical problems - Assist clients with account setup, billing inquiries, and product inquiries - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other teams to ensure prompt resolution of client issues - Provide feedback to the product development team based on client feedback - Continuously improve client support processes and procedures


Requirements: - Independent and reliable, able to work autonomously and as part of a team - Excellent planning and critical thinking skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service - Familiarity with CRM software and help desk software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
