Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team at BeamAndGo, a rapidly growing company based in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues they may encounter. This position is part-time and entry-level, making it ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to gain valuable experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Answering client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Providing support and guidance to clients on how to use our platform effectively - Resolving client issues and escalating complex problems to the relevant team members - Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Keeping detailed records of client interactions and feedback - Collaborating with the product development team to communicate client needs and suggestions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Adaptable and reliable personality traits - Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
