Job Description - Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


Revolution Precrafted is seeking a part-time Client Support Specialist to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level professional with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively - Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any feedback - Assist with client onboarding and provide training and guidance as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects and deliverables - Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed on company updates and best practices


Requirements: - Hardworking and driven individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service - Strong research and analysis skills to effectively address client needs - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
