Job Description - Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


Zalora Philippines is seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Support Specialist to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As a part-time position at the entry level, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and professional customer support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring a positive customer experience. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide feedback for process improvement. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Contribute to the development and improvement of customer support policies and procedures. 6. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. Reliable and adaptable personality traits. 2. Strong cooperation and presentation skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
