Remote Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

Puregold Price Club Inc. is seeking a Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent, resourceful, and possess strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and chat 2. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner 3. Educate clients on product features and functionalities 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction 6. Assist in the development of client support resources and training materials

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred 2. 2+ years of experience in client support or a similar role 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 7. Proven track record of providing exceptional client service
