Remote Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

San Miguel Brewery Inc. is seeking a Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals who are driven, adaptable, and eager to kickstart their career in client support. We are looking for someone who possesses excellent presentation and negotiation skills, as these are essential for effectively communicating with clients and resolving issues remotely.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with technical issues and troubleshoot problems - Educate clients on product features and functionalities - Monitor and track client inquiries and resolutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Keep up to date with product updates and industry trends - Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Technical proficiency and familiarity with troubleshooting techniques - Experience with remote support tools is a plus - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required - Must be adaptable to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment - No prior experience is necessary - on-the-job training will be provided
