Job Description:
FlySpaces, a leading provider of flexible workspace solutions, is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis to work from home. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer support and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients in navigating our platform, resolving any technical issues they may encounter - Troubleshoot and escalate any issues to the appropriate departments for resolution - Provide guidance on FlySpaces products and services to ensure clients have a positive experience - Contribute to the development and improvement of our customer support processes - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide a seamless customer experience - Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Requirements: - Reliable individual who is able to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment - Passion for helping others and delivering outstanding customer support - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to think critically and solve problems independently - Innovation and creativity in finding solutions to meet client needs - Proficiency in using technology and software tools such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite - Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed - High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
