Client Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Universal Robina Corporation is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time, work from home basis in Parañaque, NCR, PH. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 3 years of experience in client support and possess the personality traits of resilience and independence. In addition, the candidate should have strong soft skills in project management and time management.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Identify trends in client concerns and provide feedback to the appropriate teams. 6. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in client support or a similar role. 2. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
