Job Description - Client Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Advance is seeking a passionate and energetic Client Support Specialist to join our team. This position is based in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines, and offers the flexibility to work from home on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level role, no prior experience is required, but a minimum of 1 year of related experience is preferred.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service support to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients. 6. Assist in creating and updating client support documentation and training materials. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to effectively assist clients.


Requirements: 1. Passionate and energetic individual who is dedicated to providing top-notch customer service. 2. Strong adaptability skills to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. 3. Excellent planning skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client requests effectively. 4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer support software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent. 8. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
