Job Description:
AIDE Home Health Care is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are driven, resourceful, and looking to start their career in the healthcare industry. As an Entry Level Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and caregivers, as well as assisting with various administrative tasks to support our operations.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Schedule appointments for clients and caregivers using our scheduling software - Assist with billing inquiries and process payments - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database - Follow up with clients and caregivers to ensure satisfaction with our services - Collaborate with other team members to resolve any issues or concerns that arise - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus - Leadership skills and ability to persuade others effectively - Must be able to prioritize understanding and empathy in all interactions
