Job Description:
Kumu, a leading company in the social networking industry, is seeking a dedicated and confident Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assisting customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution. 3. Managing incoming and outgoing emails to ensure timely responses. 4. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 5. Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions. 6. Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues. 7. Assisting in the development and implementation of contact center initiatives. 8. Maintaining a positive and proactive attitude towards customer service.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Ability to think creatively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role is preferred. 7. Must be detail-oriented and have excellent time management skills. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed.
