Job Description: Avion School is seeking a motivated and passionate Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon. As an Associate Level role, the Contact Center Assistant will be responsible for providing support to our contact center operations, assisting with customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and customer service delivery. 5. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing customer inquiries and complaints. 6. Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and opportunities for improvement. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent analysis and planning skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. - High school diploma or equivalent. - Availability to work part-time hours.
