Remote Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:

Resellee is seeking a motivated and resourceful Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and concerns. 2. Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and cohesive support for customers. 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Assist in creating and updating documentation for customer support processes. 6. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. 7. Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Proven experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. 4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software. 6. Adaptability to changing situations and a willingness to learn new skills. 7. Creativity in finding solutions and improving customer satisfaction.
