Job Description - Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a Contact Center Assistant to join our team at Balikbayad, located in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. This position is part-time with a seniority level of Associate and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven and energetic, with strong analytical skills and excellent time management abilities.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding products and services - Assist customers with inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues or complaints - Input and update customer information in the database accurately - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and targets - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in customer interactions


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a contact center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks - Proficiency in computer programs and systems used for customer service - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in customer service is a plus
