Job Description - Contact Center Assistant

Job description:


We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Contact Center Assistant to join our team at PLDT in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing solutions to their problems. 3. Maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers in the database. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues. 5. Conducting outbound calls to follow up with customers and gather feedback on their experience.


Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. 3. Excellent planning and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 4. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
