Job Description - Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:


Xepto Computing is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Contact Center Assistant in Davao City, Philippines. This part-time entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow and develop within a dynamic company.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide support to customers via email, chat, and other communication channels. 3. Assist with order processing, including verifying customer information and ensuring accurate delivery. 4. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and objectives. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently. 2. Adaptability to changing circumstances and environments. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strategic planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. No prior experience required - training will be provided.
