Job Description: As a Contact Center Assistant at Solaire Resort & Casino, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels. You will assist customers with inquiries, provide information about our services and promotions, and address any concerns or issues they may have. You will also be responsible for processing reservations, managing customer accounts, and ensuring that customer information is accurately recorded in our database.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers - Providing information about the resort, promotions, and services - Assisting customers with making reservations and bookings - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Updating customer accounts with accurate information - Collaborating with other departments to ensure excellent customer service - Following company policies and procedures at all times - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Resilient and able to handle challenging customer interactions - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong presentation skills - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Good communication skills, both written and verbal - Basic computer proficiency - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
