Job Description - Contact Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description: KMC Solutions is currently seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Contact Center Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work from home, providing essential support to our clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers with professionalism and efficiency - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns - Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs - Utilize analysis and problem-solving skills to identify trends and recommend solutions for improving customer experience - Maintain a high level of quality and customer service standards in all interactions


Requirements: - Hardworking and driven individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other contact center tools - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role - High school diploma or equivalent required
