Job Description - Contact Center Associate

Job Description:


AQWIRE, a leading real estate technology company based in Taguig, NCR, PH, is looking for a part-time Contact Center Associate to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for hardworking and driven individuals who possess excellent attention to detail and leadership skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support. 2. Handle incoming inquiries, resolve customer issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 6. Continuously strive to meet or exceed performance goals and KPIs. 7. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.


Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 6. Must be hardworking, driven, detail-oriented, and possess leadership qualities.
