Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

Machine Ventures is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. This position is part-time and at an Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven and resourceful, possessing strong analytical and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide accurate and efficient support to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner - Update customer information in the system accurately - Assist in maintaining customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Driven and resourceful personality traits
