Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

Investagrams is seeking a passionate and energetic Contact Center Associate to join our dynamic team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. This part-time position is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the finance industry with zero years of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers regarding their accounts, products, and services - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and escalating to the appropriate departments when necessary - Document all interactions with customers accurately in the system - Assist customers with account registration, login, and troubleshooting - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers - Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Passion for helping others and a positive attitude - Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Innovative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
