Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Contact Center Associate to join our team at Gcash in Manila, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level position, the Contact Center Associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Provide product and service information to customers - Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction - Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies - Complete training modules and participate in professional development opportunities - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle stressful situations with grace - Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications - High school diploma or equivalent required
