Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

Resellee is seeking a part-time Contact Center Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level employee with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. 2. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. 3. Document all customer interactions accurately in the system. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 5. Meet or exceed performance targets for call resolutions and customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions. 7. Demonstrate adaptability in handling different customer scenarios. 8. Use critical thinking skills to quickly assess and address customer needs. 9. Display creativity in finding solutions to customer problems.

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively multitask. 3. Ability to remain energetic and positive during high call volumes. 4. Demonstrated ability to think critically and problem-solve efficiently. 5.
