Job Description:
HealthNow is seeking a reliable and motivated Remote Contact Center Associate to join our team in Davao City, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding health insurance plans, benefits, and claims. 3. Conduct research and analysis to resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions. 4. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. 5. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. 6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs effectively. 7. Continuously improve knowledge of health insurance products and services through training and self-study.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong analytical and research skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. 6. Prior experience in a contact center or customer service role preferred. 7. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
