Contact Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Storm Technologies is seeking a Contact Center Associate to work from home in Pasig, NCR, PH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers with professionalism and empathy. 2. Provide accurate information and support to resolve customer inquiries and issues. 3. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution. 4. Maintain customer records and update database systems with relevant information. 5. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in customer interactions. 6. Meet performance metrics related to call quality, response times, and customer satisfaction. 7. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 8. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Energetic individual with a confident attitude and a passion for customer service. 2. Strong cooperation skills to work effectively with team members and other departments. 3. Analytical mindset to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. 6. High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
