Job Description - Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


MadEats is seeking a dynamic and experienced Contact Center Manager to join our team in Manila. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our contact center operations, ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of contact center agents to deliver exceptional customer service. 2. Develop and implement contact center policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Conduct regular training sessions for contact center agents to enhance their skills and knowledge. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving processes. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a contact center management role. 2. Proven track record of exceeding customer service goals and KPIs. 3. Excellent communication and leadership skills. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 5. Energetic and adaptable personality. 6. Innovative and adaptable mindset. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
