Job Description:
We are looking for a Contact Center Manager to join our team at Zalora Philippines located in Pasig, NCR, Philippines. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 7 years of experience in a similar role. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our customer service team to ensure efficient and effective communication with our customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, setting and monitoring performance goals and providing ongoing feedback and support. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 5. Develop and implement training programs for customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge. 6. Maintain a high level of quality and professionalism in all customer interactions. 7. Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely and effective resolutions. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management.
Requirements: 1. 7 years of experience in a customer service management role. 2. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. 5. Resilient and reliable personality traits. 6. Emotional intelligence and project management skills. 7. Ability to prioritize understanding and empathy in all interactions.
