Job Description - Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


Homebase is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Contact Center Manager to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our contact center, ensuring that customer inquiries are handled promptly and effectively.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that they are meeting performance targets and providing exceptional service to our customers. - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. - Monitor call volumes and adjust staffing levels as needed to ensure optimal service levels. - Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for process improvements. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training as needed. - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. - Develop and maintain contact center policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - 8+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service management role. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction goals. - Experience with contact center technology and software. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Driven and energetic personality. - Soft skills in persuasion and leadership.
